XDW runs on a four-zone format. After each keynote and panel block, the room splits into four parallel working sessions, each with its own style and purpose. Every participant is allocated to a zone in advance, and over the two days you will rotate through all four. Each zone is led by an expert facilitator who shapes the conversation and makes sure the time produces something tangible.
